German Speaking Technical Customer Support Specialist - Restaurant Technology (Ex crew members)

What success looks like in this role:

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) professional with a strong interest in technology to join our team as a Technical Customer Support Specialist. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment who is familiar with self-service kiosks and restaurant technology systems. You will support users with hardware and software issues and act as a bridge between restaurant operations and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first-line technical support for kiosk and restaurant technology issues
• Troubleshoot hardware and software problems related to kiosks, POS, and peripherals
• Diagnose and resolve issues remotely, escalating when necessary
• Support system incidents including outages and performance issues
• Guide users through solutions clearly and professionally
• Log and manage support tickets in line with SLAs
• Collaborate with IT and engineering teams
• Maintain documentation and contribute to knowledge base
• Provide insights to improve systems and user experience

You will be successful in this role if you have:

• Experience in a Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) environment (essential)
• Hands-on experience supporting tech (essential)

• Basic understanding of IT systems and troubleshooting
