Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer support to German-speaking travelers via phone, email, and chat
• Assist clients with booking modifications, cancellations, and travel-related inquiries
• Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve service quality and customer satisfaction

Requirements

• Fluency in German and English (both written and spoken) is required
• Experience in customer service, preferably in travel or hospitality industries
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability and willingness to relocate to Greece
• Self-motivated with excellent time management skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment
