Hello there! We're Vodafone Intelligent Solutions (also known as _VOIS) and we're looking for a
HR Associate - German speaking

(Fixed term - Maternity cover)

Your role in a nutshell:

Support the HR SSO and its customers in the administration of data using HR systems and processes. Give professional advice to the team and its customers and continuously improve the administration processes. Deliver transactional HR support within agreed SLA's.

What you'll do:

  • Execute routine HR administration activities, including the maintenance of the HR database and employee records/ training data and eLearning materials/ reward and recognition data and various HR reports.
  • Prepare and process transactional activities within HR practices.
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing in both the system and manually, meeting integrity review and audit requirements.
  • Handle purchase orders.
  • Support delivery of service within agreed SLAs.
  • Manage the resolution of queries according to SLAs and escalates to the Team Leader when necessary.
  • Provide inputs to report preparation.
