YOU WILL - Recruitment Support: Assist in coordinating recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews and managing communication with candidates.
- Documentation: Help prepare recruitment-related documents such as contracts, job offers, and other HR paperwork.
- Communication: Support communication with German-speaking candidates and stakeholders to ensure smooth processes.
- Candidate Experience: Contribute to creating a positive candidate experience during the recruitment process.
- Data Management: Learn how to maintain recruitment databases and ensure data accuracy and currency.
Requirements - Knowledge of German (minimum B2 level).
- Strong organizational skills and a willingness to learn.
- Attention to detail and eagerness to acquire new skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Availability for hybrid work (3 days in the office in Wrocław).
