We are looking for an Innovation Specialist to support our key projects designing innovation tools, training and experiences.
This role lasts initially for one year with expected extension, where only a full-time employment is available as form of cooperation.
Tasks and Responsibilities - Support of local payroll team & sub-tasks with regard to the payroll system implementation, including data reconciliation/checks, define and implement processes
- Close collaboration with Hire2Retire and internal Payroll team
- Point of contact for external payroll vendor - providing inputs (reports) to the vendor and working with outputs in line with internal processes and controls
- Handling standard service requests, answer questions, resolve problems if possible or support problem resolution by close collaboration with next level support, experts and/or payroll vendor
- Handling employee's requests (in a ticketing tool) on a daily basis typically related to payslips, tax discounts, payments/deductions related to benefits etc.
- Contribute to P&O Services (payroll) projects at country or BU level
- Act as a "point of contact" person and subject matter expert for employees, leaders and people partners in payroll-related processes
Requirements - 2+ years of relevant experience with time administration / payroll / personal administration (SSC environment is an advantage)
- HRIS system (SAP and Workday) knowledge and experience preferred
- SAP is a must, Workday is a plus
- Experience in other HR disciplines (e.g., Compensation & Benefits, HR Business Partner, Learning, Payroll, etc.) is an advantage
- Proficiency with Reporting & HR ticketing tool(s)
- Fluency in English, advanced German (spoken & written)
- Candidates must declare Criminal record extract not older than three months
