Insurance Billing Specialist with German

Job role

The Insurance Billing Specialist will be a part of the Order to Cash team and will perform invoicing activities related to premium insurance policies.

What will you do

• Maintain close communication with business partners to validate, confirm and ensure accurate policy invoicing
• Create and dispatch invoices according to internal procedures in a timely and accurate manner;
• Coordination with the Billing team in Vienna for billing run activities
• Create any corrections as necessary based on internal rules due to missing/ incorrect data in feeder system.
• Act as point of contact and partner with all stakeholders to provide support for billing and/or resolve inconsistencies and errors;
• Contact person for billing relating topics e.g. accounts status/open items, for partners in scope
• Provide regular reporting to stakeholders;
• Develop and maintain billing process documentation;
• Continuous improvement process mindset to improve relevant KPIs.
• Coach and train new colleagues, as required.

What you bring

• Good knowledge of Order to cash Processes End to end ;
• Previous experience in Insurance accounting is a plus.
• University degree in economics, finance or related field;
• Fluent in German and English(speaking and writing B2 level).
• Good communication skills
• 5+ years of experience in AR accounting;
• Good experience with SAP FI accounting systems, ABS nice to have.
