As an Invoicing Accountant, you will be part of a German Finance team, at the position based in Warsaw. Invoicing our clients will be your main responsibility, and therefore fluent communication in German and English is a must. Since your work involves a lot of interaction with our internal and external clients, good communication skills are very welcome and important to us.
As part of a team of 8, you will be assigned several clients for whom you will be responsible in areas like:

- Full process of booking external contractor invoices, including control validity of Time Sheet, Purchase order,
- Releasing customer invoices,
- Overdue tracking,
- Specific analysis upon customers, contractors or internal requests.
Our requirements:
- German: mandatory professional proficiency,
- English: professional proficiency,
- Experience in AP or AR,
- Experience in accounting or related field will be a plus,
- Experience in an international environment will be an additional advantage,
- High commitment and flexibility due to monthly impact of invoicing deadline,
- Good organization skills along with a rigorous and analytic mind,
- Great interpersonal skills.
