About the job

We, the Technology Team for Monitoring & Incident Management, drive the development of internal technical business processes. It is important for us to have all system failures visible through monitoring and to be able to quickly address disruptions. We are looking for new heroes who share our enthusiasm for high-performance, stable, and secure ITSM processes. These are your tasks:

• Technical Conception: Creating system designs and implementing the requirements of our internal customers.
• Consulting and Support: Strategic and operational consulting for internal customers, supporting platform users, and handling inquiries.
• Process Development: Developing processes, functions, and interfaces, as well as integrating them into our ITSM platform, including documentation.
• Administration: Administering the production, development, and test environments of the service portal.
• Infrastructure Management: Building, maintaining, and continuously optimizing the infrastructure for stable platform performance.
• Monitoring and Troubleshooting: Monitoring the platform, identifying, and fixing errors.

Requirements:

• Qualification: Education or completed studies with an information technology background or a completed technical education.
• Transformation Experience: Ideally, experience in digital transformation, optimizing IT organizations, or enterprise service management.
• Professional Experience: Several years of professional experience in implementing ITSM platforms and ITIL.
• Process Development: Experience in developing IT processes, business applications, and APIs.
• Innovation Capability: The ability to think beyond one's own horizon and develop sustainable solutions.
