Your Role and Impact:

As a key player in the Customer Advocacy Team, you'll be our clients' second line of support, advocating for their interests and fostering strong relationships. As the vital link between our customers and the world-renowned Mercedes-Benz brand, your mission will be to elevate our service standards, drive product and service enhancements, and ensure unmatched customer satisfaction. Your dedication will not only shape individual experiences but will also contribute significantly to our overarching success.
      
Your Key Deliverables:
  • Serve as the prime liaison for customer feedback, addressing and resolving concerns promptly across diverse channels.
  • Masterfully manage international roadside assistance escalations and other critical customer touchpoints.
  • Analyze customer interactions, identifying trends to craft proactive strategies that elevate our service standards.
  • Lead and advocate for the design and rollout of customer-centric initiatives and programs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring complex issues are resolved effectively and efficiently.
