Your Tasks

You will take on responsibilities in various roles, such as Business Analyst, Scrum Master, or Project Management Officer (PMO)
You will assist organizations in (strategic) IT projects & transformations
You will be the right hand of the project manager/scrum master and provide project support for complex IT projects
You will help create and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets
You will coordinate project tasks and keep track of progress
You will update stakeholders on project status regularly
You will be involved in identifying and addressing project risks and issues
You will gather and document business requirements
You will work with development teams to ensure requirements are clear and implemented correctly
You will optimize processes and workflows through modern tools, including AI
You will maintain project documentation and templates
You will be involved in the creation of project reports and presentations for committees
You will support the improvement of project management processes and tools
You will facilitate Scrum meetings and ensure the team follows Scrum practices

Your Profile

Graduated with top grades in Business Administration, Business Informatics / Business IT, Computer Science, or an equivalent field
Strong process management, organizational, and time management skills with attention to detail
Empathy, communication skills and strong team spirit
Excellent methodological skills in requirement gathering and process mapping
High willingness to learn and ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Strong IT affinity and a passion for software and AI technologies
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English
Willingness to travel occasionally (approximately 5-6 times a year)
