Junior HR Shared Service Specialist with German (part-time)

We have launched our first shared services center in Poland, supporting 30,000 couriers worldwide. To bring this major project to life, we are looking for people to join our Global Courier Operations Team. In this role, you will focus on responding to courier inquiries and solving their issues in the German market.

What will be your responsibilities?

• Processing courier inquiries related to HR matters through our ticketing system and handling daily operational tasks within the courier lifecycle.
• Performing administrative tasks, such as managing employee data, updating courier information in the operating system, and more.
• Working daily with tools such as Salesforce, Shiftplanning, and others.
• Following procedures and reporting any errors or inconsistencies.
• Providing support and guidance to couriers on HR-related processes, sharing insights with management, and actively seeking ways to improve operations.

Can you bring...?

• German language skills at B2 level (daily communication with couriers and the local team in Germany).
• English at A2/B1 level (some documentation and instructions will be in English).
• A strong customer-support mindset and an ability to resolve inquiries effectively.

Nice to have:

• Experience using tools like G Suite or Slack.
• Previous experience in customer service or support roles.
