About the jobYour responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Prepare accounting records and other financial statements and ensure for accuracy and completeness
- Process purchase invoices and ensure payment of all creditors in an accurate, efficient and timely manner
- Process and report relevant tax data, financial accruals and reversals
- Process expense reimbursement in compliance with company policies and procedures
- Process audit requests and internal controls
- Respond to AP inquiries
About youWe are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following:
- Minimum bachelor degree, preferably in a relevant field
- One to two years of experience in an international setting is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office and ideally knowledge in SAP
- High degree of accuracy and attention to details
- "Getting things done" and service orientated attitude combined with the ability to communicate and explain procedures and solution proposals to partners
- Excellent cooperation skills
- Fluency in English and German in speaking and writing
