Job Description

Join our dynamically growing international HR Service Team, dedicated to supporting our colleagues across the DACH region. Thrive in a supportive, family-friendly work environment that values collaboration and personal development.

Your tasks:

• Support German payroll services for our sites in Germany in close collaboration with the resident payroll team

• Handle documentations regarding social insurance, sick leave or compensation and benefits

• Maintain employee payment data in SAP

• Ensure payroll accuracy in accordance with internal, local and legal regulations

Qualifications

• Background: You have a bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related areas.

• Experience: You have 1-2 years experience with German processes in a multinational or shared service environment. We welcome carrier changers too.

• Personality: You are accurate and analytical. You have excellent time management, communication and organizational skills.

• Working practice: You work thoroughly and precise. You can communicate and collaborate with our German partners and are able to work independently within a team.

• Languages: You have strong German skills (written and spoken) and conversational English language knowledge.
