What to expect: - Manage accounts of international distributors and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers
- Acquire distribution partners in existing and new countries to expand the network of POS
- Upsell new products to existing distribution partners
- Close co-operations with other departments e.g. Marketing, Product Management, Operations, Legal, Compliance and Partner Integration
- Provide accurate reporting and forecasts
- Collecting and analysing data for business plans
- Support for retain strategy and partner acquisition strategy
- Coordinate technically and economically complex projects
- Prepare tailored technical solutions for potential clients
- Price Calculation and support in contract negotiations
- Salesforce maintenance for retailers and public authorities
- Respond to Retailer and merchant specific related questionnaires.
To be successful you need to have: - 3+ years' proven track record in account management in the financial services, e-payment, retail, online, IT or telecommunications sector
- Fluent in German and English, every additional language is a plus
- Proficient MS Office
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Knowledge of Salesforce would be an advantage
- Willingness to travel up to 50%
- Proactive attitude, self-motivation
- Excellent negotiation skills, a target- driven individual
