- Incident Management:
- Accept and process incident tickets via VR hotline, email, or ITSM tools (ITSM.Next).
- Analyze and resolve technical issues in the VR environment (application and infrastructure).
- Ensure timely restoration of services in line with SLAs.
- Problem Management:
- Identify root causes of recurring incidents.
- Initiate and support long-term solutions to prevent future incidents.
- Collaborate with technical teams to document and resolve problems.
- Change Management:
- Support the planning, testing, and implementation of changes in the VR environment.
- Ensure minimal disruption to services during change deployments.
- Maintain documentation and compliance with customer's change protocols.
- Documentation & Reporting:
- Log all incidents, problems, and changes in customer's ticketing systems.
- Maintain accurate records and change/decision logs.
- Participate in monthly reporting and review meetings.
Qualifications & Experience - Degree or vocational training in Media Technology, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in project-based work, preferably in media technology or CAS (Computer-Aided Styling) environments.
- Basic knowledge of ITIL V4 processes and standards.
- Experience with incident, problem, and change management workflows.
- Familiarity with ITSM tools and ticketing systems.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and project coordination skills.
- Basic technical understanding of media systems and CAS software.
- English language C1, German language C1.
