• Key Responsibilities

• Incident Management:
• Accept and process incident tickets via VR hotline, email, or ITSM tools (ITSM.Next).
• Analyze and resolve technical issues in the VR environment (application and infrastructure).
• Ensure timely restoration of services in line with SLAs.
• Problem Management:
• Identify root causes of recurring incidents.
• Initiate and support long-term solutions to prevent future incidents.
• Collaborate with technical teams to document and resolve problems.
• Change Management:
• Support the planning, testing, and implementation of changes in the VR environment.
• Ensure minimal disruption to services during change deployments.
• Maintain documentation and compliance with customer's change protocols.
• Documentation & Reporting:
• Log all incidents, problems, and changes in customer's ticketing systems.
• Maintain accurate records and change/decision logs.
• Participate in monthly reporting and review meetings.

Qualifications & Experience

• Degree or vocational training in Media Technology, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in project-based work, preferably in media technology or CAS (Computer-Aided Styling) environments.
• Basic knowledge of ITIL V4 processes and standards.
• Experience with incident, problem, and change management workflows.
• Familiarity with ITSM tools and ticketing systems.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and project coordination skills.
• Basic technical understanding of media systems and CAS software.
• English language C1, German language C1.
