Location: London Overview: The MSP Account Executive at Xurrent is an experienced account executive role that requires understanding of the MSP market. You are responsible for delivering consistent, predictable bookings and revenue growth to the European region of business. You will present the Xurrent platform to MSP prospects through conversations, demos, presentations, and live events, with the goal to sell the platform to the MSP, or to have the MSP add the Xurrent platform to their portfolio of services. You will close both net new logos and existing expansion accounts. Account Executives are experts in navigating through a prospect org chart and can deliver business outcomes through meaningful engagement with C-Level executives, IT leaders, business users, and Service Providers.
This role requires an entrepreneurial spirit and mindset with a passion for sales process integrity. You are willing to, and eager to become, an industry expert in our technology space and provide key internal stakeholders with the material needed to drive the Xurrent platform forward. You are a positive addition to Xurrent culture and willing to be an integral part of our team through your presence in the London office.
Responsibilities- Grow existing and net-new MSP relationships in your assigned geographic region
- Translate Xurrent's unique value propositions into relevant parts of the MSP tech-stack
- Listen to and convey partner feedback to hone the overall go-to-market strategy and unlock further value for our channel ecosystem
- Enable and empower MSPs to sell Xurrent to their customers through campaigns, joint marketing initiatives, and partner-side education
- Minimum 5 years experience working with and selling to MSPs
- Experience with IT software solutions required, preferably SaaS
- Define and execute sales plans for assigned territory/business segment
- Forecast, meet, and exceed quota
- Through a combination of inbound and outbound demand generation, develop and manage a high-velocity, SaaS pipeline
- Manage & Communicate business, track opportunities through CRM and other supporting tools
- Collaborate on the continuous improvement of all aspects of the sales cycle, including product, support, customer success, and sales engineering
- Work with and cooperate within a Partner ecosystem
- Convey Xurrent value drivers and competitive differentiators to prospects and customers
- Understand the competitive landscape
- Attend key live events and strategic conferences to promote the Xurrent brand
Requirements- Must be fluent in German language
- 5+ years of experience in SaaS Sales, including 5 years working with and selling to MSP's
- Experience working cross-functionally with teams including Sales, Marketing, and Product
- Ability to create, present, and demonstrate technical demonstrations and communicate to a C-level technical audience
- Strong organizational skills, with a hyper focus on business acumen and industry knowledge
