P2P Team Leader

Job Description
Our Partner is a multinational company in the field of BSC. They started to expand in Budapest in 2013 and the company currently employs 500+ people. They are serving their customers in 17 different languages with a focus on IT Service Desk, Finance & Accounting, Logistics, Reporting, IT Development and Project Management.

Now You can join as a P2P Team Leader (German Speaking)

Tasks:

- Lead, coach and develop the P2P Administration team, including performance management and mentoring

- Provide operational guidance on P2P processes and support continuous improvement initiatives

- Work alongside the team on daily activities, including reviewing purchasing requests, creating purchase orders in SAP, supporting invoicereconciliation and billing queries, and resolving general P2P queries

- Act as the primary escalation point for operational and stakeholder-related issues

- Produce and analyse reports to allocate work, monitor workloads, identify trends and support service performance

Requirements

- Fluent German and English communication skills

- Strong knowledge of P2P processes and relevant operational experience

- People management experience, with the ability to motivate, guide and coordinate a team

- Experience with Ariba and SAP S/4HANA
