Your tasks- Establishing and maintaining a provider management system to control and optimize providers, monitor their services and optimize the corresponding contracts;
- Being responsible for the continuous development and improvement of processes such as invoice validation and cost allocation;
- Supporting internal stakeholders with gathering of the requirements as well as the contract manager in further optimizing the vendor contracts;
- Being responsible for the active support and development of suppliers;
- Supporting the negotiation of contractual and commercial arrangements with the suppliers;
- Resolving operational issues with the help of finance, legal department as well as supply chain;
- Supporting International and Global projects;
- Verifying vendor-provided invoices to ensure compliance with company policies and contractual agreement;
- Utilizing SQL queries to extract, analyze and validate data from relational databases to support invoice verification process for provider in scope;
- Collaborating with vendors and internal departments to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely and accurate payment processing;
- Continuously improving provider database and data verification worklflows by leveraging SQL skills and automation tools.
Your profile- Proven experience as Operations Manager or similar;
- Previous experience in budgeting, cost saving initiatives and invoice validation;
- Experience in vendor contract management and strong negotiation skills;
- Ability to manage the relationship with many internal customers/stakeholders as well as vendors;
- Governance experience is considered as a benefit;
- University degree in IT;
- Very good command of both written and spoken German and English.
