About the jobYour responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Processing purchase invoices in efficient and timely manner
- Preparing internal controls
- Completing audit tasks
- Reconciling vendor accounts
- Verifying aged items and discrepancies
- Responding to AP inquiries
- Gaining and sharing knowledge within the organization
- Participation in internal projects and initiative
- Updating desktop procedures and creating standard operating procedures
About youWe are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following:
- Possibly bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration
- Minimum one year of experience in a similar role
- Very good English skills and B2 German
- MS Office and knowledge in SAP is a must
- Solid understanding of accounts payable principles
- Data entry skills along with a passion for working with numbers
- Excellent cooperation and communication skills
- Continuous improvement mindset, strong process orientation and a solution orientated work approach
