Quality Assurance Analyst with German

Responsibilities:
  • Performs comprehensive audits of HR processes to assess accuracy, completeness, and compliance with established policies and regulations.
  • Prepares detailed audit reports, highlighting findings, discrepancies, and recommended corrective actions.
  • Proactively communicates audit results to managers, highlighting areas of concern and proposing solutions.
  • Interacts with the operational team to understand the needs, address inquiries, and ensure an effective collaboration.
  • Coaches the operational team to implement corrective actions based on audit findings and client feedback.
  • Assists in the design and delivery of training programs for HR staff to enhance process understanding and compliance.
  • Participates in continuous process improvement initiatives to optimize
  • HR processes and enhance overall quality.
  • Calibrates quality audits with Client to ensure the same understanding of service level.
  • Performs random peer check for specific cases, processes, or team members upon the need.
  • Implements and tracks actions identified to improve the quality of the service.
  • Executes monthly review of the cases to determine the level of quality per agent and per team.
  • Delivers training sessions focused on HR processes, policies, and systems to new hires and existing employees.
  • Provides hands-on training to employees on using HR systems, such as HRIS, employee self-service portals, and performance management tools

General:
  • Demonstrate strong teamwork, communication, problem solving, organization, documentation, and process management skills.
  • Ability to track work under specific framework and standards.


Requirements:
  • In depth knowledge of HR processes and best practices.
  • Language skills: German (proficient level), English (proficient level)
  • Comprehensive understanding of HR policies & regulations.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify process discrepancies and anomalies.
  • Effective feedback skills to provide coaching sessions and service improvement suggestions to operational teams.
  • Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook).

Nice to have:
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret audit data and recommend improvements, conduct Root Cause Analysis, and implement preventive and corrective actions.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage audit schedules, documentation, and corrective actions.
  • Expertise background: HR Admin processes, German labor law and eco-system.
