Real Estate Strategy Analyst w/ German (remote)
About the role:
As a CBRE BSO Real Estate Strategy Analyst, you will be (delivering RE Database and Market Analysis to the local market teams based worldwide.
This job is part of the Transaction Management Team, which is a full scope of real estate services - portfolio management, transaction management, financial modelling, advisory and governance.
What you'll do:
Develop a diversified portfolio and market analyses primarily focused on identifying risks, but also on uncovering opportunities for optimizing the real estate portfolio.
Based on the analysis results and in collaboration with transaction managers, develop new portfolio management/negotiation approaches both at the portfolio level and for individual transactions.
Proactively monitor team progress to ensure the achievement of annual goals and KPIs.
Communicate actively with the team, prepare regular and ad hoc project progress reports, and maintain the database.
Conduct regular and ad hoc reporting in Excel utilizing existing data to agreed timescales.
Work closely to support the Account Director in the preparation and implementation of knowledge-sharing sessions.
Conduct transactions on an ad hoc basis.
Support the Client with data.
Interface directly with the Network Business Improvement Analyst.
Support Transaction Management developments.
Participate in additional projects with the key objective of delivering an enhanced product to the Client.
What you'll need:
Fluent English & German in speaking and writing is a must;
Very strong communication and public speaking skills are a must;
High analytical skills, focus on details, fast learning ability;
Experience in Project Management, Real Estate, Accounting, Data Administration would be an advantage;
High reporting skills would be an advantage;
Minimum Bachelor's degree;
Advanced knowledge of MS Office (particularly Excel & PPT);
At least 2 years experience in data administration / / real estate would be an advantage;
Client orientated, capable to adapt to changing and demanding environment;
Ability to work under time pressure and to meet deadlines while managing conflicting priorities;
Ability to travel;
Being very responsive to emails/enquiries;
Being a team player.
