About the Client: You will be working with one of our esteemed clients in the logistics sector. This client is a frontrunner in the industry, known for its innovative solutions and expansive network across Europe. Their dedication to sustainability and efficient logistics solutions has made them a key player in the market. The focus of your recruitment efforts will be to support their growing operations in Switzerland, aiming to enhance their capabilities and service offerings in the region.

Responsibilities:

• Manage recruitment processes from identifying client needs to finalizing employment.
• Work closely with management teams to understand and achieve recruitment goals.
• Maintain and develop relationships with candidates, engaging them throughout the recruitment process.
• Ensure the highest level of satisfaction for both clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Participate in job fairs and other industry events as necessary.
• Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates for various positions.
• Utilize best recruitment practices and tools to effectively source candidates.

Expectations:

• Demonstrable experience in recruitment, ideally within the logistics or related sectors.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to foster relationships.
• A proactive approach to solving recruitment challenges and the ability to work independently.
• An understanding of the logistics sector and its demands would be advantageous.
