The opportunity:As a
Reference LetterSpecialist - German speaking you are part of the
Reference Letter team. The Reference Letter team delivers customer service and advisory support to HR and business partners on reference letter processes, ensuring end-to-end process completion in line with our customer-focused principles. Key responsibilities include (but not limited to):
- Providing insight, support and explanation in reference letter processes
- Providing expertise in drafting, creating, writing, reviewing reference letters and other official documents
- Supporting the embedding of the new ways of working, actively participating in the development and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives
- Behaving as role model to team members, showing positive and flexible attitude
- Developing and managing key stakeholder relationships in a proactive and customer outcomes focused way
- Building relationships with People & Culture and PSS colleagues as well as with customers to ensure ongoing service delivery effectiveness.
