Service Delivery Hub (SDH) Team, supporting Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) regions, consists of Commercial Business Partners and is a part of Global Commercial Finance ("GCF") organization.

Our team is truly international and diverse with one goal in mind - providing reliable and timely support to SAP's Sales team with deal shaping, deal approval, contract creation and compliance verification based on internal policies and external regulations, and various other activities related to cloud and on-premise offerings for small, medium-sized and large enterprises.

This role also has opportunities to support projects and drive efficiency and process improvements and at the same time offers many development opportunities of other skills and competencies that will help shape a future career path.

What you'll do

As a Renewal Business Partner, you will closely collaborate with Sales, Local Commercial colleagues, Pricing, Legal, Booking, Compliance and Revenue Recognition teams across Europe, Middle East and Africa supporting renewal cloud business.

Your main tasks will be:
  • Reviewing deals: Ensuring completeness and accuracy of quotations submitted by Customer Renewal Executives
  • Supporting quote approval process: Guiding internal customers on approval requirements, ensuring deals which are within scope are approved in proper manner and timelines according to SAP policies and guidelines.
  • Contract drafting: Responsible for preparing contract documents from template and adding/drafting language for deal specifics,
  • Act as a primary point of contact for Customer Renewal Center, answer queries from internal customers and build long-term business relationships,
  • Accommodate quarter-end and year-end deadlines and respond to spikes in workload,
  • Supporting projects aiming process improvements, automation, standardization and efficiency increase.

We are expecting you to be willing to work overtime in quarter end months (March, June, September, December), also possibly during other months end, including some weekends and bank holidays, for which you will be compensated.
