WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

• Central expert and methodological point of contact within the project team regarding requirements management topics.
• Responsibility for the complete collection, consolidation, and management of requirements, as well as communication with relevant interfaces, e.g., close collaboration with corporate brands, responsible departments, internal and external partners, etc.
• Definition and management of requirements management processes for the project.
• Collecting needs/requirements and ensuring the quality criteria.
• Analyzing and categorizing customer needs and requirements.
• Creation of reports on the current status of requirements management, planning, and conducting reviews such as "Traceability Review."
• Creation, analysis, evaluation, and communication of maturity metrics for process-specific work packages (e.g., specifications, architecture, integration, verification).
• Support of internal processes for managing requirements as well as defining and documenting processes in requirements management.
• Assistance with the maintenance and adaptation of the requirement management software "codebeamer."
• Participation in aligning requirements with specific documentation for requirements management with the specialist departments and tracking requirement changes.
• Optimization of processes in the development area.

WHAT YOU BRING ALONG

• Engineering degree, e.g., in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, computer science, or product engineering.

• Knowledge of current standards (e.g., Automotive SPICE, ISO 26262 Functional Safety, ISO 21434 Cybersecurity).
• Good experience in process development or requirements elicitation (e.g., specifications, functional specifications, architecture).
• Analytical thinking and quick comprehension.
• Strong communication and conflict resolution skills.
• Flexibility, teamwork, and a structured work style.
• Very good German and English language skills.
