Your main tasks

• Be the primary contact for supplier and stakeholder inquiries, ensuring timely resolutions.
• Process vendor and employee payments accurately and on time.
• Audit employee expenses and maintain corporate credit cards.
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations and monitor account status.
• Ensure compliance with tax and local statutory requirements.
• Maintain and improve process documentation for S2P activities.
• Collaborate with FSC India to secure end-to-end process efficiency.
• Identify and implement process improvements for greater efficiency and compliance.

Your ideal background

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Experience in finance & accounting is a plus (shared services environment preferred)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in German (B2/C1 level) and English
• Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP or similar) is an advantage
