- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to optimize processes and ensure alignment with company goals
- Monitor and analyze Collections performance, providing insights and reports to management, ensure and support audits when applicable
- Ensure accurate and efficient usage of SAP and other ERP systems, and update/maintain WI, SOP's
- Guide, mentor, train and support team members to foster professional growth and productivity
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the Collection process, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations
What are we looking for? - Minimum 3 years of experience in Collections, Accounts Receivable, or similar roles, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership or supervisory capacity
- Solid background in shared services, with experience managing teams or projects as an advantage
- Expertise in SAP or other ERP systems, along with advanced proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide, mentor, and motivate team members
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels, including customers and cross-functional teams
- Ability to handle escalations and drive resolution of complex AR-related issues
- Customer service focus
- Language skills:
- Corporate language: English (B2+)
- Working with Customers: German (B2+) as a must have
- Italian B1 would be an asset
