About your managerAdam Kele is a consulting professional with almost 15 years of experience, usually acting as a Delivery manager for complex transformation projects. He has proven track record of core system replacement, managing both local technology teams and several offshore/onshore 3rd parties.
He likes to combine both IT and business perspective. From strategic program management and decision making to hands-on problems solving and always keeps business needs in mind.
Job description & summaryAs a Senior Consultant - Insurance Transformation (German Market), you will play a pivotal role in delivering strategic and operational transformation initiatives for leading insurance clients.
- Analyzing and mapping business requirements.
- Act as a trusted advisor to German-speaking clients, understanding their business needs and translating them into actionable solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, data, and product owners to ensure successful delivery of transformation initiatives.
- Assisting with the design and implementation of solutions.
- Presenting implemented solutions to customers.
- Building and managing relationships with clients on a daily basis.
- Stay up to date with trends in the German insurance industry.
Requirements of the role - A completed university degree.
- At least 2 years of proven experience in consulting or transformation roles within the insurance industry.
- German language skills at the C1 level - active communication with colleagues and clients in German-speaking countries.
- A passion for technologies and their applications in business.
- A good understanding of economics and management issues.
- An open approach to finding innovative solutions.
- Willingness to learn new tools and solutions.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills - essential for everyday life, working with clients and teams.
- Motivated, ambitious, and hard-working with a friendly mindset.
- Self-starter and a can-do attitude.
- Knowledge of Czech/Slovak and English (both required).
