Senior Payment Specialist, German speaker Associate 2
An excellent opportunity has arisen at the Associate 2 level within Centralized Cash Unit Department in Kraków, Poland, which involves carrying out a high-risk function within the operation. The successful candidate's responsibilities primarily include the timely and accurate screening of client & internal instructions for State Street Bank GmbH German Branch. This will also involve working closely with other SSB GmbH Business Units.

What you will be responsible for:
As Senior Communications Specialist you will:
- Process timely and accurately all event related activity as set out within operating procedures.
- Verify the work of other Communications Specialists within the team for quality and accuracy.
- Deliver effective client service.
- Effectively prioritize the workload and ensure daily tasks are completed.
- Participate in departmental procedure review.
- Communicate effectively with internal State Street departments.
- Work with first line Manager on process improvements.
- Participate and complete assigned projects and departmental initiatives as required.
- Collaborate with other Screening teams to discuss non-standard topics.

Education & Preferred Qualifications:
- Communicative in English
- Experience in working in financial environment would be an advantage but is not required.
- Need Average level of German speaking skill.
- An understanding of the financial services industry
- Knowledge of financial instruments
- Educated to a degree level (preferred)
- Experience with Client Service would be an advantage but is not essential.
