Job DescriptionAs a
Services & Solutions Delivery Specialist within Contracts process, you are responsible for taking care about service contracts, and warranties within DACH market. As a Services Specialist you will ensure quality and functionality of Philips equipment to care of our customer's needs. Manage service requests and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction on a daily basis.
Your role:- Creating, renewing & terminating service contracts and extended warranties
- Modifying existing contracts and extended warranties for appropriate services execution of pricing and billing information
- Verifying customers' entitlements on ad-hoc requests & issuing invoices and credit/debit notes
- Connecting the correct installed products
- Receiving, monitoring, and ensuring closure on time of all kinds of Service requests
- Developing and maintaining high standards of telephone conversations and written communications with Customers and Service Providers

You're the right fit if you have:- Approx. 1 year years of experience within Customer Service or similar area
- Fluent German is a must
- English on min B2 level
- Professional experience in fields related to in customer service, supply chain or accounting operations would be an asset
- You enjoy having direct contact with customers (B2B) and keep a high standard of communication
- You bring a positive "can-do" attitude and are always ready to lend a hand to others.
- Comprehensive PC skills, knowledge of Excel, SAP, Salesforce would be an advantage
- The problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify improvement opportunities
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environmen
