Our Talent Acquisition team consists of 35+ colleagues split in four main domains (Technology, Strategy & Analytics, Supply Chain & Operations and Business). As a Talent Acquisition Specialist you'll have a key role in our rapidly-growing company, you'll help build the best milkman on earth by hiring the best talents out there. You're ready to become a Picnic ambassador and ensure a smooth recruitment process for each candidate.

For this role, you can be located either in our Düsseldorf or Amsterdam office.
What you'll do
  • Find and hire exceptional talent for our German market
  • Lead the end-to-end recruiting process, from CV screening to final negotiation
  • Give sharp assessments of candidate's skills, performance and potential fit for Picnic
  • Build a robust pipeline of top candidates for immediate or future onboarding
  • Develop innovative initiatives including sourcing, networking, events set-up and partnering with relevant universities or associations
  • Partner up with your international Talent Acquisition team to work on new strategies on how to attract the best people for Picnic
☆ About you
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in fields such as (but not limited to) Psychology, Social Sciences, Human Resources
  • 1+ years of experience as in-house recruiter, preferably in a start-up or scale-up environment
  • Experience with hiring top talents from STEM background isa big plus
  • Stellar writing, speaking, and listening skills in English and German
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, curious and driven to go the extra mile
  • Ability to manage the stakeholders by keeping them up to date and together with them finding best ways on how to staff their teams
