The Role
We are seeking a motivated and fluent German-speaking Success Specialist to join our dynamic Success Team. This role is pivotal in re-engaging users who have experienced failed deposit attempts or who have become inactive. You'll play a critical role in turning challenges into opportunities, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving reactivation success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively reach out to German-speaking customers via phone to resolve failed deposit issues.
- Reactivate dormant user accounts through personalized and strategic outreach.
- Troubleshoot payment-related concerns and guide users through successful transactions.
- Build trust and rapport with users, delivering a premium customer experience.
- Log and track customer interactions in the CRM system accurately and promptly.
- Collaborate closely with team members and escalate complex issues when necessary.
- Provide feedback to improve deposit flow, customer satisfaction, and reactivation strategies.
Requirements:
- Native or fluent German speaker with excellent written and verbal communication.
- Proficient in English (for internal communication).
- Experience in customer success, telesales, or technical support, preferably in iGaming, fintech, or SaaS industries.
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable with phone-based customer interaction.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a performance-driven team.
Nice to have:
• Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk, HubSpot).
• Understanding of online payments or digital wallets.
• Previous experience working in regulated markets is a plus.
