For our Global Business Services Center, situated in Sofia, we are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented person with excellent communication skills at the position: Talent Acquisition Specialist with German or English (f/m/d) who will join our team responsible for the end-to-end recrutiment process within EMEA.

Your Responsibilities:

• Actively participate in interviews and contribute to the decision-making process.
• Create and publish engaging job postings to attract top talent.
• Actively participate and manage the end-to-end recruitment process for expert and managerial roles across various business functions.
• Collaborate with our employer branding specialist to support recruitment and branding campaigns, including events and social media.
• Track and report on recruiting and HR metrics to ensure continuous improvement.

Your Qualifications:

• Proven experience in recruitment, with a focus on white collar roles.
• Proficiency in German or English (mandatory), with strong communication skills.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with international teams.
• Hands-on experience in conducting interviews and contributing to the selection process.
• Outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal skills.
