Team Leader AP with German
You will be responsible for:
- Leading a Accounts Payable team of around 15 people
- Be the Accounts Payable point of contact with key stakeholders
- Monitor and develop team performance
- Analyze AP processes in place in order to identify points for improvement
- Lead improvement projects
- Building and maintaining positive relations with the client
- Supporting the Client and Team members with ad hoc activities
Our expectations:
- Experience within a leadership position
- Accounts Payable management experience
- Perfect communication and interpersonal skills
- Availability for hybrid work (2 days per week from the office in Dabrowa Gornicza)
- Master degree (preferably economic, in the field of finance and accounting)
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and SAP
- Fluent in English and German (both at a minimum C1 level)
- Analytical thinking skills
- High personal culture in dealing with the client
