What We Can Achieve TOGETHER (Missions):

• Create, produce, and edit engaging video content for social media platforms, tailored to current trends and the cultural preferences of each target market.
• Actively manage the official Studely Germany social media accounts by optimizing posting frequency, ensuring consistent tone and visual identity, and maximizing user engagement.
• Collaborate with international content creators and influencers to develop strong partnerships and co-creation campaigns aligned with marketing objectives.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of campaigns and content on Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms, providing regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and adapting strategies accordingly.
• Work closely with internal marketing, communications, and sales teams to ensure consistent integration of digital marketing activities into the overall business strategy.
• When required, collaborate with local marketing agencies and oversee task execution in line with project specifications and performance targets.
• Stay up to date with digital marketing developments and social media trends to drive innovation and maintain best-in-class practices.
• Support product managers by contributing to data mining, client feedback management, and customer interview analysis.

Education, Skills & Knowledge:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Communications, Marketing, Operational Marketing, or Digital Marketing.
• A solid first experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist, in content creation, or in digital influence / social media marketing.

Competencies & Profile

• Demonstrated experience in creating engaging and performance-driven content for social media platforms.
• Strong understanding of cultural, social, and digital trends within German-speaking markets, with the ability to adapt content to local audiences.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, enabling effective coordination with internal teams and external partners.
• Ability to analyze performance metrics and insights to optimize content strategies and digital marketing campaigns.
• High level of creativity, autonomy, and innovation, with the ability to propose original ideas and execute them efficiently.
• Proficiency in content creation and editing tools; basic knowledge of graphic design and video editing is expected.
• Experience in influencer marketing and coordination of international or multi-market campaigns is considered a strong advantage.
• Fluent in German and English (CEFR level C1 or higher required); French proficiency at conversational level (B1-B2) is an asset.
