Would you like to take part in customer success stories, do you like to learn new things and are you motivated? Then become part of our team and apply now!

Your daily routine would include:

• Accepting customer orders, checking them for completeness and correctness.
• Actively monitoring deadline compliance and ensuring the timely and high-quality provision of services for wholesale customers.
• Ensuring that customer information letters (e.g. order confirmations, completion notifications, etc.) are sent to customers on time, correctly and completely.
• Handling the processing of service cancellations

We'll know you can make it, if you have:

• Good communication skills in German (B1, B2);
• The customer in focus, but you always have the interests of the company in mind;
• Curiosity for new topics and desire to continuously develop your professional qualifications;
• Structured and solution-oriented way of thinking, you also understand complex contexts quickly;
• Knowledge of the current technologies and in the telecommunication business;
• General experience in using MS-Office (Word, Excel, Outlook);
