Account Executive, EMEA Apps, New Business (English, German)

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 2 years of experience in the apps and gaming industry within sales and exceeding quota attainment.
• Ability to communicate in English and German fluently to support clients in the specific market.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience in advertising, consultative sales, or business development.
• Experience working in the digital advertising sales industry.
• Experience in cross-functional stakeholder management, effective communication and influencing skills.
• Experience building a book of business and securing new customers while hitting goals.
• Experience working with Google Ads and other major mobile advertising channels.
• Strong data analytics and technical skills, working knowledge of MMPs, first party measurement SDKs (e.g., Firebase, FB SDK), SKAN etc.

Responsibilities

• Build a pipeline of app business by proactively identifying and initiating relationships with new app clients.
• Acquire high value app business agreements through outbound prospecting, cold calling, pitching and closing.
• Consult with clients to achieve national and international online marketing and business goals utilizing the full suite of Google's apps marketing solutions.
• Design marketing strategies using expert product knowledge to drive long-term success for our customer.
• Deliver consistently against goals, while prioritizing and delivering an outstanding experience to Google's advertisers across EMEA.
