Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 2 years of experience in sales, business development, advertising, account management, marketing, or consulting.
• Ability to communicate in English fluently to engage with clients in the region.

Preferred qualifications:

• Master's degree in a business related field.
• 2 years of experience working in a complex, matrixed organization.
• 1 year of experience managing digital marketing and advertising campaigns, projects, and relationships with customers or agencies.
• Experience with German advertising landscape.
• Ability to communicate in German fluently to engage with clients in the region.

In this role, you will join the Digital First team, one of EMEA's largest and most complex teams. Your digital expertise will have a direct impact on how millions of people make life's most important decisions such as taking your first mortgage, buying a new car, planning your dream vacation or simply what food should I order today and what movie do I stream. You will partner with brands in a myriad of exciting sectors (finance, travel, automotive, media, and more), helping them reach customers at every stage of their journey. Responsibilities

• Engage and influence key customer stakeholders by leading strategic meetings to uncover marketing goals and key performance indicators, translating them into actionable campaign strategies.
• Drive exceptional campaign results, quantify business impact, and demonstrate excellent value to customers, maintaining account hygiene.
• Build and pitch data-driven solutions to maximize customer value through Google's advertising solutions, manage objections, and ultimately achieve sales growth targets.
• Analyze campaign data, ensuring performance is accurately tracked, and delivering measurable results aligned with customer objectives.
• Monitor performance data to extract key insights, identifying and cultivating qualified upsell opportunities to drive future customer growth and build pipeline.
