Accounting & Reporting Specialist - Real Estate DACH (with German)

Your role
Do you enjoy working with numbers and keeping things running smoothly? As an Accounting & Reporting Specialist, you will support periodic closings/reporting, ensure high-quality data, and help deliver analyses, controls, and cash flow reviews. In this role, you will support daily tasks while actively contributing to ongoing process improvements.
We're looking for an Accounting & Reporting Specialist to support the team with the following responsibilities:
• accounting support and administration for various products (real estate funds, investment groups, mandates), including coordination with internal stakeholders
• create, review, and prepare analyses of key figures and statistics
• review cash flow statements and support liquidity planning
• perform control activities (e.g., completeness and plausibility checks, reconciliations, four-eyes controls) and document the results
• maintain and ensure the quality of data/baselines (e.g., master data, reporting parameters) in the relevant systems
• support periodic closings/reporting (monthly/quarterly/annually) and ad-hoc analyses
• contribute to process improvements and automation in the reporting and control environment
Your team
You will work in the Product Services team for Real Estate DACH (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) in Wroclaw. As an Accounting & Reporting Specialist, you will play an important role in supporting the Product Services team and ensuring efficient financial activities.
Your expertise
• ideally 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably with a real estate background
• bachelor's/Master's degree in business administration, finance, economics, or a related field (or a comparable qualification)
• excellent command of MS Office applications, particularly Excel
• collaborative personality, with the ability to complete tasks independently
• methodical and accurate team player with strong analytical and numerical skills
• fluent in German and English to support our local client base
