Inviting applications for the role of Accounts Receivable - Process Associate - German - Remote Romania*
Your job will involve written and verbal communication with the end customers and the related departments in the customer organization in order to ensure all accounts receivables operations are performed in line with the work instructions.
What will your day-to-day role involve!
Responsibilities
• Process Billing
• Collection of outstanding receivables
• Dispute management
• Cash application
• Handle month-end activities
• Crafting, updating and learning the standard operating procedures
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum qualifications
• Relevant work experience;
• Communicative level of German & English
• High School Degree (University graduate or Economic studies are an advantage);
• Accounting knowledge (advantage);
• Similar experience in the field;
• Work experience with an ERP system (advantage);

• Personal culture and client management expertise.
• High motivation and ability to learn.
• Ability to work under pressure.
