Inviting applications for the role of Accounts Receivable - Senior Process Associate - German -Remote EMEA/ EU!

In this role, you will manage and oversee the accounts receivable (AR) processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Process and verify customer invoices related to sales transactions.

• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure proper documentation and approval of invoices.

• Maintain accurate records of all AR transactions.

• Assist in month-end closing activities by preparing AR reports and reconciliations.

• Provide support to customers and internal stakeholders, resolving invoice-related queries and issues.

• Reconcile customer statements and resolve discrepancies.

• Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.

• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in AR processing.

Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications / Skills

• Fluency in German and a strong command of English

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Relevant years of experience in AR

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with accounting software

• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle

• Strong understanding of accounting principles and standards

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications / Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal

• Experience working in the retail industry / with retail clients

• Knowledge of additional languages
