After Sales Customer Support Representative - German Speaker

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are currently looking for a Customer Support Representative, based in our Vilnius office, with fluent German language skills to join our After Sales Customer Support team. In this role, you will be a key point of contact for our customers after purchase, ensuring a smooth, professional, and positive experience throughout the after-sales journey.

You will work closely with our sales, operations, and logistics teams, gaining valuable experience in an international and fast-paced environment. We are looking for someone who is proactive, customer-focused, and eager to take ownership of their work while being part of a supportive and collaborative team. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide comprehensive after-sales support to German- and English-speaking customers.
• Handle customer enquiries and follow up on requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Coordinate logistics-related tasks and liaise with internal teams.
• Manage customer claims and complaints, keeping accurate records of interactions and actions taken.
• Collaborate closely with the sales and operations teams to ensure efficient daily workflows.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our after-sales service standards and customer experience.
• Work on public holidays (except Christmas and Easter); this is compensated with additional pay.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

• Proven experience in a fast-paced environment within customer support, logistics, sales, communications, or a similar role.
• Fluency in German and English.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive and positive attitude.
• A high level of empathy, responsibility, and a team-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
• Solid proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Sheets.
