Aufgaben

We are looking for a Frontend Engineer who works independently and in a self-organized manner, enthusiastic about building scalable products and maintaining high code quality standards.

Besides this, your profile will include:
Tailor client solutions: Conduct research, assessments, and recommend efficient and robust software solutions tailored to client needs

Deliver high-quality code: Ensure the delivery of high-quality code that meets requirements, with a focus on performance

Drive Continuous Improvement: You will proactively identify areas for improvement in existing programs and lead refactoring efforts

Team collaboration: Collaborate closely with software engineers, product owners, team managers, and clients

Provide client consultancy: Offer technical consultancy services to clients to ensure solutions meet their requirements

Nurture Knowledge: Mentor colleagues to enhance their skills and knowledge

Qualifikation

You shall bring:
5+ years of experience in web application development using JavaScript/TypeScript and frameworks/libraries such as Angular, RxJS, Angular Material, along with strong SCSS/CSS and HTML best practices

Excellent communication skills in English and German for effective collaboration with teams and clients

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities, including debugging and performance testing

Experience analyzing project requirements and delivering reliable solutions across different application components

Solid understanding of client-server communication, protocols, and REST principles

Fluent in German & English

Nice to have:
Knowledge of frameworks and adjacent technologies used in projects (NodeJS, Docker, etc.)
Willingness and experience in developing colleagues with lower seniority, fostering a collaborative team environment
Application lifecycle and CI/CD knowledge
Security and UI/UX experience
