Job Description:

Account Administrator within AP department is a vital part in the Finance and Accounting process chain. The main responsibility is to verify incoming invoices, secure the proper booking in the UPS systems and enable in final a proper money pay out. Accounting Admin is involved within any audit and compliance checks and to cross work with other F&A departments like GL, AR and COD.

Position requires both working within a team and on your own.

We expect from applicants:

• Good German (written and spoken)
• Good English (written and spoken)
• Knowledge of accounting basis
• Key entry accuracy
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications
• Ability to work in a team
• Ability to work under pressure and strict deadlines
• Time management skills
• Very well organized
• Min. 6 month track at current position in GBS (for internal candidates).
