Application Operations Engineer with German (Dialog Systems) (m/f/diverse)

Your tasks

• Supporting software and system (Third-Party-Products) deployments in production environments.
• Conducting analysis and log research to identify and troubleshoot errors, requiring both process skill and a deep understanding of the technologies used.
• Communicating and collaborating on operational solutions and improvements with teams based in Sofia, Quickborn, and Rostock.
• Assisting in defining operational best practices and ensuring compliance with quality assurance measures.
• In case of incidents or issues, you will be analysing problems and collaborating closely with other teams to design solutions

Your profile

• Cloud Computing Fundamentals: Understanding of core cloud computing concepts and services, specifically for Azure, including Virtual Machines (Compute Engine), Cloud Functions, Cloud Run and logging in cloud environments.
• Error Investigation: Proficiency in performing log analysis and error investigation using tools to diagnose issues.
• Network Management: Knowledge of secure network architecture and design in Commerzbank, comdirect and Azure environments, including VPCs, Subnets, Firewalls, VPNs, and Load Balancing.
• DevOps and Automation: Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform, and CI/CD pipelines with Cloud Build.
• Monitoring and Logging: Skills in monitoring and logging cloud services, including Stackdriver (Logging, Monitoring, Trace, Error Reporting).
• Regulatory Knowledge: Understanding of banking regulations and requirements that impact operational procedures and deployments.
• Programming Knowledge: Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Python or PowerShell which are useful for scripting and application development
