Application Server Admin with German

YOUR MISSION

As Application Server Admin, you are not only responsible for smooth workflows in everyday work, but also actively shape a positive work atmosphere, promote teamwork, and support the development of your colleagues - always in line with our values and our responsive organizational structure.

Your tasks:

• Maintain and troubleshoot JavaEE servers
• Plan and provision new environments
• Participate in maintenance windows
• Consulting with customers regarding infrastructure and technical projects

Must have:

• Experience in maintaining Java EE Application Servers (e.g. Oracle Weblogic, JBoss, Glasfish)
• Linux administration
• Basic understanding of IT infrastructures
• Fundamental understanding of Databases/SQL
• Troubleshooting skills/experience in maintaining it services
• 5 years of seniority
• German and English languages

Nice to have:

• Kubernetes, Bash, Openshift, JIRA, Confuence, GitHub, Java, SQL, VMWare, Ansible, PostgressSQL
• Good python programming skills or any other script language
• Experience in public sector, experience judiciary
• Container technologies (CI/CD)
• Drive to create and/or improve documentation
