Application Support Specialist (with German)

Responsibilities

• Be part in our technical international team which supports
  inhouse built SaaS services for the German energy market
• Be interested in learning about industry processes inside the German energy market and be part of customer-facing solution communication
• Become technically skillful at running complex Arvato Systems built SaaS software solutions

• Collaborate with our product development departments on customer requests and be active in communicating results to our customers
• Advise our customers on technical and functional recommendations regarding their SaaS service consumption and/or self-hosted solutions
• Master our ticket backlog, managing and solving Incidents, Service Requests and Change Requests
• Continuously grow and improve/update documentation

Requirements

• You are strong at communicating in English and in German (A2/B1 level): Required for communication across our international locations and customers from Germany
• Collaborative and creative team player
• Live by 'can do + I want to really understand this'-attitude

• Enjoy finding solutions for containerized services on Docker and Podman, as well as around orchestrators, such as Kubernetes
• Small previous experiences in configuring and managing dockerized services
• Small previous experiences in Kubernetes run services as well as supportive monitoring solutions
• A foundations in Linux server operating systems and types of Gits
• Experience in scripting e.g. automations
• Previous experiences in SLA compliant application support methods, according to ITIL
