Key Responsibilities

• Execute high-volume outbound calling campaigns to identify and qualify B2B leads.
• Manage a consistent pipeline of prospects, ensuring timely follow-ups and meticulous lead tracking.
• Navigate complex corporate structures to reach key decision-makers.
• Articulate the value proposition clearly to overcome objections and generate interest.
• Schedule qualified discovery calls and meetings for the senior sales team.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions within the CRM system.

Requirements

• Native or professional fluency in German (C1/C2 level).
• Full professional bilingual proficiency in English.
• Proven experience in B2B appointment setting, telemarketing, or inside sales.
• Ability to maintain high energy and productivity in a high-volume cold-calling environment.
• Exceptional communication, active listening, and persuasion skills.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a demanding daily workflow.
