The role

Are you passionate about Microsoft Azure and eager to work in a dynamic, team-oriented environment? SoftwareOne is looking for a driven individual to join our Azure Support Team. This is a fantastic opportunity to deepen your Azure knowledge, collaborate with global professionals, and provide exceptional support to clients worldwide.

In this role, you will:

• Resolve Azure-related issues and provide timely solutions.
• Troubleshoot and investigate technical issues.
• Collaborate with client IT support and global teams.
• Mentor less experienced colleagues.
• Work primarily during EMEA day shifts, with occasional weekend shifts.

What we need to see from you

• Experience: 1-2 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure.
• Certification: AZ-900 certification.
• Skills: Excellent communication, ability to perform under pressure when needed/ when in such situations, and teamwork abilities.
• Knowledge: Understanding of Azure and networking.
• Language: English level B2 or higher AND German level B2 or higher.

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with:
  • Azure VM management, Azure Active Directory, Azure Virtual Desktop, Azure networking, and connectivity with on-premises infrastructure.
  • SQL and databases.
