Job Summary

We are looking for a high-performing Bilingual Sales Development Representative (SDR) who is fluent in both German and English to join a fast-growing international company.

This is a high-volume outbound sales role suited to someone who thrives on cold calling, prospecting, and generating qualified sales opportunities.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of outbound B2B sales experience, excellent communication skills, and the confidence to engage decision-makers in both German and English.

You should be comfortable making a high volume of daily outbound calls, handling objections, and consistently achieving ambitious sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume outbound cold calling to prospects in German- and English-speaking markets.
• Identify, engage, and qualify potential customers through proactive outbound prospecting.
• Book qualified meetings and sales appointments for Account Executives.
• Deliver compelling sales pitches in both German and English.
• Research target companies, identify decision-makers, and uncover business opportunities.
• Maintain accurate prospect information and activity records in CRM systems.
• Consistently meet or exceed daily call targets, meeting-booking quotas, and monthly KPIs.
• Handle objections confidently and build rapport with prospects.
• Execute multichannel outreach campaigns using phone, email, and LinkedIn.
• Collaborate with the sales team to improve outreach strategies and conversion rates.

Requirements

• 2+ years of proven experience in outbound sales, cold calling, appointment setting, or B2B lead generation.
• Fluent German (C1/C2 level) and excellent English communication skills (C1 level or equivalent).
• Proven experience working in a high-volume outbound calling environment.
• Strong cold-calling skills with the ability to confidently engage senior decision-makers.
• Demonstrated success in achieving or exceeding sales KPIs.
• Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive.
• Excellent objection-handling, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced remote environment.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Reliable internet connection and a professional remote working setup.

Nice to Have

• Experience selling into German-speaking markets (Germany, Austria, Switzerland - DACH).
• Previous experience in SaaS, technology, or B2B services.
• Familiarity with sales engagement tools such as Apollo, Outreach, or Salesloft.
• Experience working with international sales teams.
